How does free door-to-door U.S. delivery work?How does free U.S. delivery work?
Standard delivery to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous 48 states is free. Duties and standard import fees are included, so no import fee is due at the door. Orders normally require 3–7 calendar days to prepare and 18–21 calendar days in transit, for an estimated total of 21–28 calendar days from order confirmation. Any destination sales tax is shown at checkout.

What return and warranty support do you provide?What return and warranty apply?
Standard products may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and provide the correct prepaid label. Damaged, defective or incorrect items qualify for a free return, replacement or refund. Other returns must be unused, uninstalled and complete. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after the return is received and inspected.
Return detailsCan every ceiling light be customized?Can every light be customized?
Yes. Choose one of two driver configurations: Stepless dimming keeps the light at 3000K Warm White and provides a size-matched 0%–100% output range: Small 0–1,800 lm, Medium 0–2,800 lm, Large 0–4,200 lm, or Oversized 0–5,600 lm. At 0%, the light is off. Three-CCT selectable switches among 3000K, 4000K and 6000K at a fixed light output. The two configurations use different drivers and cannot be combined in the same fixture.
