Refund policy

30-day return window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact FIFTH & BEAM before sending anything so the order can be verified and the correct return destination and routing instructions can be supplied.

Preference returns

For a change-of-mind or preference return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unwired, unaltered and complete with the original cartons, protective materials, hardware, instructions and accessories. The customer is responsible for authorized return shipping. No restocking fee is added when the authorized return meets these conditions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Transit damage or breakage must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. Keep the carton, shipping label, inserts, protective materials and all parts. For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item, FIFTH & BEAM will provide the appropriate seller-paid replacement, exchange, return or refund solution.

Refund timing

After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. The bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit after it is issued.

Do not send a parcel to the registered business address unless that address is supplied for the specific authorized return.
