PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, specifications, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and natural materials can create minor visual differences. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that the order will be fulfilled. We may contact you to verify specifications, address details or suspected payment fraud before acceptance or dispatch.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

The amount due, currency, available payment methods and any applicable destination sales tax are shown in checkout before payment. For eligible orders to the contiguous United States, standard door-to-door shipping, customs clearance, duties and standard import fees are included unless the product page or a written quotation states otherwise.

SHIPPING

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms. Orders normally require 3–7 days for preparation and 18–21 days in transit, for an estimated total of 21–28 days from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated preparation period, we will provide a revised estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGE

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Damage Replacement Policy form part of these Terms. Products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved contiguous U.S. returns are free and have no restocking fee. Contact us before returning an item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after the return is received and inspected; financial institutions may require additional posting time.

INSTALLATION AND SAFE USE

Lighting products are hardwired unless expressly stated otherwise. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the supplied instructions and applicable local codes. Stop using or installing a product if it appears damaged or unsuitable for the intended electrical system, and contact us before proceeding.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s original text, layout, graphics, photographs, product presentation and FIFTH & BEAM branding may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

PROHIBITED USE
