Delivery area and shipping cost

FIFTH & BEAM provides free shipping to residential and commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other countries are outside the standard offer unless confirmed in writing before purchase.

Doorstep and curbside delivery

Standard items are delivered to the address doorstep. Products designated Oversized or Freight are delivered curbside at the safest accessible point at the property edge. Curbside delivery does not include indoor placement, stairs, assembly, installation, packaging removal or disposal.

Estimated timing

Standard orders usually require 3–7 business days for preparation and about 18–21 days in transit, for an estimated total of about 21–28 days. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment. Custom production normally adds 2–4 weeks before transit. Expedited air service may be available by written quote and is typically about one week after dispatch.

Duties, import fees and sales tax

Eligible orders include customs clearance, duties and standard import fees, so no standard import charge is due at delivery. Destination-based U.S. sales tax, when legally required, may still be shown at checkout.

Tracking and receiving

Tracking is sent after carrier handoff. Multi-carton orders may arrive separately. Inspect cartons and contents promptly, retain all packaging, and report transit damage within 30 calendar days of delivery.
