Coverage
Eligible FIFTH & BEAM products include a one-year limited warranty from delivery against confirmed manufacturing defects in the fixture body, supplied control components and included integrated LED components.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, unsuitable junction boxes or structural support, incompatible dimmers, voltage outside the stated range, unauthorized modification, water exposure beyond the stated location rating, normal finish aging, consumable replaceable bulbs or accidental damage.
Making a claim
Provide the order number, product and variant, installation date, photographs or video of the issue and a brief description of troubleshooting already completed. Professional installation records may be requested when the issue relates to wiring or mounting.
