Where we deliver
We provide free standard door-to-door shipping to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are not included in this standard offer unless confirmed in writing before purchase.
Estimated delivery time
Orders normally require 3–7 calendar days for preparation before dispatch and 18–21 calendar days in transit after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 21–28 calendar days from order confirmation. These are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment dates. If an item has a different lead time, that timing will be shown on the product page or confirmed before the order is accepted.
Delays and cancellation
If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated preparation period, we will contact the customer with a revised estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Carrier, customs, severe weather and remote-address delays can occur after dispatch; our support team will assist with tracking and delivery issues.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking is sent when the shipment is handed to the carrier. Large or multi-carton orders may arrive in separate packages. Customers should inspect the cartons and contents promptly, keep the packaging and report visible loss or damage through our Contact & Product Support page.
Duties, import fees and taxes
Standard shipping, customs clearance, duties and standard import fees are included for eligible contiguous U.S. orders, so no import charge is due at the door. Any destination-based U.S. sales tax required for the order is displayed during checkout before payment.
