Custom work is most efficient when it begins with an existing FIFTH & BEAM model. Send the product link, required dimensions, finish, color temperature, lumen target, control method, quantity, destination and required delivery window.
What can be reviewed
Depending on the product, we can review size, finish, light output, color temperature, compatible dimming, cord or downrod length and project quantities. Feasibility, price and lead time are confirmed before production.
Approval
Custom specifications must be written into the order confirmation. Production begins only after the configuration and payment are approved. Custom products are final sale except for confirmed damage, defect or material nonconformity to the approved specification.
