One-year limited warranty
FIFTH & BEAM warrants the original purchaser that the fixture body and any bulb, integrated LED module, driver or electrical component supplied with the product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date, when the product is installed and used under normal residential conditions and in accordance with its stated voltage, location rating and installation instructions.
What we will do
After a covered problem is confirmed, we will choose the remedy appropriate to the issue: provide replacement parts, replace the product, arrange a return, or issue a refund. Replacement parts or a replacement product approved under this warranty are shipped free of charge to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. A customer will not be charged for a covered manufacturing defect.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused after delivery by improper installation or wiring, use with an incorrect voltage or incompatible control, unauthorized modification or repair, misuse, accidental impact, exposure to moisture beyond the product’s stated location rating, abnormal power surges, or failure to follow the supplied instructions. Normal wear, expected aging of finishes and natural variation in wood, stone or other natural materials are not manufacturing defects.
These exclusions do not limit coverage for a genuine manufacturing defect, an item damaged in transit, or a product that is materially different from the confirmed order. We will not reject a claim merely because the product has been handled or inspected; each claim is assessed from the order details and available evidence.
How to make a claim
Contact our Product Support team before removing, repairing or returning the product. Include the order number, product name, a description of the problem and clear photographs or video showing the fixture, affected component, wiring or driver label and packaging when relevant. We will provide troubleshooting or return instructions and confirm the available remedy.
Installation and labor
Professional installation is recommended. Unless required by applicable law or approved by us in writing before the work is performed, this limited warranty does not reimburse third-party installation, removal, diagnosis or reinstallation labor. This warranty is provided in addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
